About Happy Roots

     I started Happy Roots back in August 2020. I quit my job and began to pursue my passion for cooking full-time! It started out as vegetarian and vegan but after my first week, I realized I couldn't do both. So I made it full vegan! I started this business to give vegans a more delicious and healthy way to eat their favorite non-vegan food while also providing the convenience of catering. Happy Roots started with only 1 order on its opening week and has now reached 15 orders per week!

    Here's a run-down of how a usual week will go:

A new menu is put out on Thursdays with a deadline for how long you have to order (usually on Sunday afternoon). Once you make an order, I will reach out to you on Facebook or phone number to make sure I have your correct contact info for Monday, the day I cater. On Monday I will reach out to you and let you know when I am leaving my home with your food and also an estimated time of arrival. If you have any questions or changes that need to be made after you've placed an order, please feel free to message me on Facebook!
